Week 2 Baby!!!! 8/22/2022
Dad gum I cannot believe week 2 is in the books!! Time really be flyin!!! Hope everyone is doing well and is staying safe!! All you kids starting school that sucks but aye get some education then you can act stupid. You have all my permission. Moms good luck ;)
Monday started out with a bang. Went to watch Easton play some golf and he balled. He didn't play the best he could've but I had fun looking for balls in the trees the whole time! lol After golf went back home and just chilled out. Watched my last movie for two years. Obviously I went with the best movie of all time CARS!!! That movie will always be a classic and will always be the best movie ever!!! ;) After that I went to bed and that began...
Tuesday!! It was one heck of a day!! My last day with the family for 2 years and man oh man it was a good one! Started out by "helping" my awesome mom pack up all my suitcases!!! At that point i realized it was all real and it was happening so fast!! Ended up chilling and doing some errands after that for while. Went to Berklie's school to help her get her school computer. I saw a ton of old teachers and faculty and that was awesome to see! Then (my favorite part) we went to the temple as a family!!! Peyton baptized me... them I got the opportunity to baptize Easton and Berklie and that was very special to me! The spirit was so strong and I just knew that the lord our savior loves me and is so excited to help me keep on keeping on for the mission and throughout my life!!!!!
Wednesday whoot whoot!!! The day my mom has been dreading for a while... PROVO MTC DAY!!! LETS GOOOO!! Guys I'm telling y'all right now... PROVO MTC is amazing!!! It's so awesome!! Food is top notch... even tho it's all Walmart stuff microwaved lol My classes are so awesome!! I feel the spirit of our Heavenly Father everytime I walk in!! It's amazing!! My comp is awesome and he is the total opposite of me but that makes teaching so awesome because we bounce off of each other!!! My roommates (Elder Enloe, Elder Mann) are amazing!!! They're going to Salem Oregon on their mission and they are so excited!! I am so jealous because they only drive and only do referrals so their mission will be so much of loving thy neighbor and having fun teaching kids!!
Thursday was a pretty hard day ngl... trying to get into bed on time and wake up on time was tough. Showering is super awkward cuz they got 6 and there are so many people in line for it but other than that... ain't no thang 😂😂 I loved the classes I had they talk a lot about repentance and how we can use it to help me feel better and feel the spirit more often. Atonement is the most amazing thing in the world, and I love that Jesus gave us everything he had just so we could say sorry and try to get better!!! He's a real G 🙌💪
Friday and Saturday were very boring days just routine sleep wake up eat class devotional about God's love and repeat... definitely getting into the roll of things and loving to be able to know things I used to question and to answer people's question thanks to the lord and the spirit!! It's such an amazing feeling, I just wish I felt like this more before my mission I promise and know I will after the mission and for the rest of my life!!!
Sunday was a good day, felt weird cuz Sacrament without my family is lonely. No backscratches and no sis and bro fights. The spirit was really strong. There were three talks....
speaker: Elder Linegar
Leave time to talk with God
Give God all the time you have
God is always listening
Feel the spirit during your prayers
Alma 5:46
When fasting try hard to have a prayer in your heart for what you're fasting for.
God loves effort
2nd speaker: Sister Robertson
Faith we have to work for
We have to work out spiritual side out
Apply it anytime and anywhere
We're relying on faith by going on a mission
Knowing and having faith helps us know the love God and Jesus has for us
2 Nephi 21:19
Missionary work is never done
Keep moving and working towards the straight and narrow path
We are a instrument in the lords hands
Faith is a work in progress
Sis and Bro McKinnon testimony:
Come home from Brazil as mission leaders
Love Missionary work
Love the savior
This is the gospel of Jesus Christ
It is a great privilege to be missionaries
To share the gospel to our brothers and sisters
It bring tons of joy and happiness
Grateful to be united with us
Our savior is real and he live
If any doubt read the book of Mormon
Study and pray about it
BOM will sustain you on the mission if you gain a testimony of it

Jesus loves us so much
He is always there in tough times
The love God has of us is incomprehensible
Dutiful mothers are amazing at LAUNDRY
Always have compassion

Become the Missionary you want to be
Hope everyone is doing well and having a great week! Have fun to all that are starting school tomorrow 😂😂😂😂 remember to ask God if you have an questions and you will get an answer you just have to give him some time!
Sending peace and love,
